Back in 2018, I didn't like what I saw in the mirror. My clothes stopped fitting the way I wanted, and I didn't feel good in my own body. I was studying and working at the same time, and the one thing I could control was showing up for myself. So I started training, mostly to get my confidence back.

How I Started

I had zero plan to become a bodybuilder. I just wanted to feel strong and comfortable in my skin again. One thing led to another, and every week I got a little stronger and liked what I saw a little more. I'd never seen a woman built like the ones I started following, and somewhere along the way I fell completely in love with the process.

Training stopped being a chore. It became who I am.

Competing in Bodybuilding

What started as a way to feel better about myself turned into a real athletic career. I committed to competing, and I worked my way up to becoming one of the top female bodybuilding athletes in Central America. Standing on that stage after years of work most people never see is something I'll carry with me for the rest of my life.

Where I'm At Now

I'm still training like the athlete I am. This isn't a phase, it's my life now. Along the way, I've also had the chance to help other women build that same confidence in themselves: the strength, the discipline, and yes, owning the powerful side that comes with it too.

If you're curious about the training, the mindset, or just want to see where eight years of work gets you, you're in the right place.

The training, the progress and the side I donโ€™t share with everyone. Itโ€™s also the only place we can actually talk. Ask me anything, I answer there myself.
