My Legs

They are the first thing anyone notices. Here is the training that actually built them, twice a week for eight years.

Ivonne Fit leg and glute development, NPC Wellness competitor with big legs Legs & glutes
Same girl, same discipline. Years of squats and hip work in between.

I train legs twice a week, Monday and Friday, and both days are the same session. That repetition is the reason they look like this. It is not a clever program, it is the same work done over and over for eight years.

My Leg Day, In Order

  1. Squats. I start here every time, and I rotate variations, sometimes on the Smith machine, sometimes on the squat machine.
  2. Pendulum squat. My favourite for loading the quads without wrecking my lower back.
  3. Leg press. Where I get the heavy volume in.
  4. Leg extensions. To finish the quads off properly.
  5. Calves. Every single leg day, never skipped.

The order stays the same, but the exact work changes depending on where I am in the process. Off season looks different from prep, and the weight on the bar is what moves the most.

Monday and Friday, the same session, for eight years. That is the whole answer.

The Rest Of My Week

I train Monday to Friday. Tuesday is my full upper body day, back, biceps, triceps, chest and shoulders in one session. And I do an hour of cardio every single day, no exceptions. Sunday I rest.

If you want to see how the training actually goes, day to day, that is what I share with the people who follow me closely.

The training, the progress and the side I don’t share with everyone. It’s also the only place we can actually talk. Ask me anything, I answer there myself.
